We have an opportunity for you to consider working with the networking and communications market. The business products include switches, surveillance network cameras, firewalls, iSCSI SANs and business wireless, while consumer products cover consumer wireless devices, broadband devices, and the Digital Home devices (which include media players, storage, and surveillance camera/NVR).

Job Description:

- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and e-commerce portals . He will be leading the promotion of our products through various digital channels. He will be responsible for increasing the company s client base by using various Digital marketing techniques and using Social Media Management tools and other digital platforms for brand exposure of the products.

- The scope of Digital Marketing activities gets defined by the incumbent and will include website/app development, social media, online advertising, and mobile. The role will also look at strategic partnerships and co-promotions with external parties in the digital space.

- The individual in this role will collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (Content, Design, Tech-development, Product team, BDMs), external agencies and strategic partners, technology vendors and various internal cross-functional organizations to deliver brand-specific digital programs.

The incumbent will also interact with digital marketers across the world, learn from global case studies and exploit synergies/best practices.

This role is responsible for building the marketing team, executing the strategies, maximizing ROI of brand investment in digital programs, budget tracking and positively impacting top-line and bottom-line business results.

Responsibilities:

- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

- Create and implement robust SEO strategies based on in-depth research and analysis of marketing trends.

- Comfortable with numbers and making sense of data to analyze what's working and what's not, and utilize the insights to continuously optimize performance.

- Conceptualize and execute end - to - end digital marketing campaigns which include Social Media Marketing, Email marketing.

- Manage our Social Media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and other social media platforms.

- Keywords Strategy: Perform keyword research in coordination with our business objectives, uncover new keyword opportunities.

- Scaling and managing CPC and CPM campaigns across e-commerce portals and other channels.

- Understand the business needs, come up with new ideas, and then influence the teams to Implement or test the ideas.

- Provide suggestions to the creative team on copy, graphics and user experience to improvise text/banner ads & landing pages.

- Leverage Technology to expand reach, enhance marketing ROI.

- Develop a digital marketing strategy & program. He will own the calendar of plans supporting the annual plan.

Manage the day-to-day function of digital marketing, including Social Media, Digital Production, budget control, project oversight, and KPI tracking. Creating digital content, email campaigns, and managing SEO, paid marketing.

- Provide strong analytical capabilities in the digital space, by implementing key performance measures for each digital program, evaluate the effectiveness of those programs and digital marketing overall, identify new trends and new analytical tools in the digital space, and deliver timely campaign results and summary reports.

- Inspire external creative and technology agencies to develop and execute campaigns that test the limits of digital media while meeting the marketing objectives. He will be responsible for the selection of management of digital marketing agencies & vendors in this space. He will ensure that the agencies are appropriately staffed, have a good understanding of our brand strategies.

- We should be able to expand our company's digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must be a creative thinker with excellent listening and communication skills

- Effective in Social Media Engagement and Social Media Management.

- Experience in Demand Generation, SEO, Digital Marketing, Keyword search.

- Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, CPC marketing database, email marketing campaigns and EDM's, SMM, Influencer marketing and display advertising.

Qualification: - Full Time Post Grad in Marketing / Digital Marketing with 6 to 9 Years of experience.
