Job Description :
The profile is responsible to develop marketing strategies for lead generation and customer engagement across platforms with a focus on business impact. The role reports to the HOD and requires excellent skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to stake holders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage company's online presence in order to engage with prospects and existing customers.
- Experience in campaign and brand management (including digital assets and digital campaigns)
- Manage brand communication execution across media
- Carry out Performance Campaigns across platforms and networks
- Plan for and solicit consumer feedback (on product/brand) and identify gaps
- Execute consumer and market research (conducting surveys and FGDs)
- Track competition
- Integration of CRM and campaign reports
- Working with a team of SEO, Web designers, Graphic Designers, Content Writers.
- Drive and manage all digital campaigns aimed at lead generation
- Planning & Implementation of Promotional Activities across Digital
- Leverage the Social Media opportunity in order to engage with customers & business partners
Employee Profile : MBA / Post Graduate (Marketing) with experience range of 7+yrs into Performance Marketing ,Lead Generation, Digital Marketing(Mandatory)
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
Desired Skills & Qualities : Adobe Creative Suite, SEO practices and platforms, Affiliate Network (PPC Publishers), CRM platforms, UI/UX development, Google Marketing Platform (Essential: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager), Social Media Ad Managers.
