Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing all the aspects of digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Defining the Key Performance Indicators
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all the digital media campaigns as well as assessing them in sight of the goals that are to be met
- Finding out the various trends as well as insights and optimising the expenditure and performance based on this data
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Qualifications:
- Degree from Tier-1 institute (IITs preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in running digital performance marketing
- Managed monthly marketing budgets of INR 1 crore +
- Very strong analytical skills, good command over numbers and sharp eye for data driven insights
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with media houses
