Manager - Digital Marketing - eCommerce/Online - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (1-3 yrs)
We are handling a very challenging role with our client into Consumer Financial Technology services in Bangalore for the role of Digital Marketing Manager.
Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for the company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving the business goals and objectives.
- Client is expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Own & manage digital marketing channels
- Own complete P&L of the channel and formulate a data-driven strategy for business growth
- Execute the digital marketing plans to achieve these goals
- Experimenting & ramping up new channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in the formulation and execution of plans, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
- Manage the strategy
- Manage and train the rest of the team
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Measure and manage online content
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data an make complex analysis
- Build and inbound marketing plan
- Anticipate sales performance trends
- Organize and lead digital marketing team
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
- MBA from reputed B Schools and working experience in either E commerce & Start up industry would be preferred.
- Someone who has good expertise in digital analytics, data analytics, social media campaign management would be preferred.
