Job Description:

Drive traffic to stores and Online/ app through various online intervention:

- Developing online marketing programs and driving acquisition through social media activation, performance campaigns, search interventions, content associations


- Effectively track all programs with predefined KPIs and doing course corrections. Should have handled all key social media channels with in depth understanding of new age trends, expertise in devising strategies based on each platform TG orientation. Develop online campaigns for driving generic and generico

Online Associations :

Building brand awareness through strategic tie up and development programs (Native articles,LBB, health apps, health sites, visibility through allied associations )

Trends :

Watch on trends and ensuring intervention in association with content team

Ecom & App :

Support in liasoning with tech team for Ecommerce and App. Driving downloads, bounce rate,DAC programs and analysis

ORM : ORM managements

Content :

- Identify strategic content buckets and drive development of content through agencies & 3rd Party vendors

- Identifying & activating levers for user Engagement, Retention & Growth

- Support in developing speciality content for targeting critical care by liaising with Specialty doctors and other key stakeholders

CRM :

- Driving exclusive CRM programs for online platforms and strategic tie ups (Discount codes,), Driving content to improve engagement for CRM

Brand building through digital :

- Assist in building brand equity through creations & execution of various digital programs / Rolled across all our & external digital assets

- Build care ecosystem through new developed products /brands on online platforms
