Designation: Digital Marketing Manager - CRM

Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai.

Work Days: 5

Qualification: BE/ BTech / MBA.

Job Description:

- Drive CRM strategy to increase lead conversion & maximize retention

- Create projections and derive expected business impact

- Plan communication strategy for CRM campaigns

- Identify growth marketing initiatives through CRM channels

- Manage execution of multi-channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app, etc.) customer journeys including transactional and promotional campaigns

- Coordinate with IT/product teams for CRM project setup

- Manage different stakeholders (Content, Design, Compliance)/execution vendors to ensure timely execution of projects

- Analyze funnel behavior and monitor campaign performance across channels

- A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, content, creative style, and timing to improve engagement

- Preparing reports and dashboards

Desirable Skill Set:

- Experience in setting up data pipes, planning and executing campaigns across digital channels-email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications

- Taking the initiative to understand consumer behavior

- Comfortable with customer segmentation and cross-platform automation strategy

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Campaign/ Marketo/ Salesforce/ Eloqua/ Responsys/ Unica

- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel (vlookup, filters, pivot tables)

- Good to have: Knowledge of SQL and Javascript
