The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and metrics-driven. The ideal candidate has had previous, in-depth, hands-on experience in planning and executing digital campaigns. He/she is comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving product and strategy. He/she has experience in a consumer-facing company and understands how consumers speak and what they respond to. Job Responsibilities : - Plan and execute digital marketing and content strategy, including (not limited to) social media, email, community building display advertising campaigns, online advertising - Generating online behavioural insights &amp; turning them into action plans to improve customer engagement. - Understand the customer journey (online/offline) and create touchpoints across the journey - Carry out market comparison and benchmarking to adapt to consumer responses and create a differentiated communication strategy - Create campaigns that deeply integrate with our mother brand positioning and products - Be able to monitor and measure key metrics; Provide concise, timely &amp; accurate reporting, including brand tracks and ad performance reports where possible - Compute ROI of online media activity and draw recommendations to optimize paid media campaign results to ensure lowest cost of acquisition. Required Experience : - Should have 3 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing - Graduate/PG Degree in a related field.
