Job Description :
- Delivers end to end on search, social, video and native content plan for product Portfolio
- Assists in developing digital marketing strategy for product Portfolio
- Plan and execute all web, email, social media, mobile and display advertising campaigns
- Evaluates and optimise media plan as per business objectives
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
- Managing the online consumer conversations and the online reputation for product Portfolio
- Evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with Global teams on digital activations and tools management
- Manages the internal approval, contracts and budget process
- Collaborates with e-commerce team for brand visibility, product listings and campaigns
- Be the internal consultant to the brand team for e-Detailing aid design, development and deployment for company brands.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies including new media opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Sales, Commercial Excellence etc.) to create and optimize user experiences
- Analyse, evaluate and define end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Build external partnerships with stakeholders like Google, Facebook, media and digital PR agencies
- Maintain a digital dashboard that tracks brand performance across the life nutrition portfolio
- Monitor competitive digital campaigns and their effectiveness
- Manage effective and proactive digital outreach programs to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online, and analyse performance
