Our Client is an online community for expecting, aspiring and new mums who come to learn and share their parenting experiences and recommendations with other mums. Founded in 2016 by an entrepreneur couple who had successful career in finance and investment domain,the company provides parenting information and resources depending through online micro-communities, social media engagement, video parenting and offline events targeting mothers and kids.

The company has received funding from Facebook, and the founder was selected as global community leader by facebook. They were also the finalist for the mbillionth award and have won global accolades.

The company get close to 2 lac visitors every month on web and have a reach in millions on their social media assets. The company has seen significant organic growth last year, with an average of 50 percent mum growth on the website visits. They have launched a first-of-its-kind parenting Chatbots in India, which provides automated content discovery to the users.

As the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible to strategize and execute paid marketing campaign on social media channel such as Facebook, Instagram etc.

You will work closely with creative teams and analytics team to ensure that campaign execution is optimised through constant feedback driven based on data-driven insights.

This is a leadership role, where you will be expected to take full accountability of marketing campaigns and lead by example.

What you will do:

- Responsible for Paid campaigns across all 3 funnels such as awareness, consideration and conversions

- Managing KPIs - to optimise the funnels and manage campaign ROI

- Responsible for Key KPIs -meeting and exceeding client deliverables, improvements in key conversion factors over time such as CTR, CPC, CPL and increase in user retention

- Setting up and running campaigns on paid channels using targeted audiences

- Defining metrics to measure the performance of campaigns for internal and client reporting

- Providing inputs to content and graphics teams in order to increase the effectiveness of the campaigns

- Working closely with Business Development team to understand and provide solutions for client requirements

- Defining and owning retention strategy across multiple channels in the community in order to meet targets for return users

Candidate Profile:

Location - New Delhi

- B.Tech / M.Tech / UG/PG in Statistics/Economics / MBA Marketing/Finance from a very well reputed college and a hunger for learning and implementing marketing

- Excellent academic record, strong logical and analytical skills

- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing focused on user acquisition and paid campaigns on Facebook and Google

- Should be an expert on Facebook and Google content distribution and how it works.

- Should be avid user and contributor to User groups/forums that discuss Facebook and Google distribution and how it's changing

- Experience in content marketing, affiliate transaction, and performance marketing is highly desired

- Should have solid command on key marketing concepts such as defining target audiences (user persona), messaging for creative team and ad copy

- Should have solid footing on marketing analytics, and especially on Cost and ROI attribution

- Experience with at least one or two well-known marketing analytics tools such as Clevertap, Mix panel

- Should be very comfortable with numbers, data, statistical calculations etc.

- Ability to work with data and uncover insights into consumer mindset

- Out of the box thinker and innovator

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills

- Knowledge of MS Office: Excel Guru, word, powerpoint
