Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated lead generation campaigns that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads
- Perform account-based marketing by conducting in-depth research on accounts to identify opportunities and developing 1:1 and 1:many, lead nurturing programs
- Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns
- Develop metrics to measure the performance of existing marketing campaigns and digital strategy
- Manage a team of digital marketers and designers
What We're Looking For :
- 8-10+ years of relevant work experience in leading demand/lead generation functions along with in-depth understanding of digital marketing domain
- Experience working within the communications and information technology service category will be a plus
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, optimizing landing pages and user funnels and A/B testing
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, Zoho, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
