Manager - Digital Marketing - B2C Segment - FinTech/eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-10 yrs)

The candidate needs to be an experienced and highly analytical growth hacker with hands-on experience in all major areas of digital marketing, that can drive projects from conception to implementation. This is an extremely important role with high visibility as the company enters its next stage of growth and moves from a B2B2C approach to a more B2C outlook.

Key Responsibilities :

- Growth Hacking - Oversee all aspects of performance marketing such as SEO, SEM, affiliates, display, social media etc with a relentless outlook towards growth.

- Manage the performance marketing budget with a strict view on overall CAC (and CAC across the marketing mix).

- CRM and Campaign management - Use STP techniques to create and manage integrated marketing communication campaigns (emails, sms, push notifications, calls etc.) in conjunction with the branding and communication team.

- Build and own the search and discoverability of the mobile app using ASO techniques.

- Proactively monitor the customer conversion funnel and work closely with relevant cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.

- Mentor and grow a team of digital marketers

About You :

- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience working in a fast growing B2C e-commerce company or a B2C fintech company

- Experience in scaling an online business past its initial startup phase (10-100 phase) with a strict view on cost of acquisition

- Experience managing large digital performance marketing budgets (min. 1 crore per month)

- Ability to manage and grow a team of digital marketers

- Education - Tier 1 Business School (ISB / IIM etc.)

- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for numbers and insights
