Job Description

we have an urgent opening of Digital Marketing Manager at Aditya infotech (CP Plus). Only female candidates are eligible. A Person must have handled inhouse E-commerce portal. (product-based companies) .

Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Noida

Interview Mode: Face to Face

Role and Responsibilities:

- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

- Plan and execute integrated online campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for digital marketing innovation.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

- Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility and organic rankings.

- Manage and monitor paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and optimize ROI.

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across relevant platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Create engaging and shareable content to foster user engagement, build brand loyalty, and drive traffic to the website.

- Monitor and respond to user interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Content Marketing:

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc.)

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate content ideas and ensure consistent messaging.

- Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

- Segment email lists, create compelling content, and optimize campaigns for higher open and click-through rates.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

- Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.


Desired Experiences:

- A Graduate/MBA with 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Digital/Performance marketing/campaign management in a similar industry owning Digital platforms & driving organic leads & traffic from multiple platforms.

- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.)

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

- Creating and maintaining client relationships

- Self-motivated yet customer-focused

- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis, Able to develop budgets, Familiar with financial planning and strategy

- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal, complemented by excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills, highly detail oriented and a strong ability to multi-task

- Identify business opportunities and convert to business results, positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines.

- You are a strong mix of analytical and creative.
