The Role:
- Designing architecture, implementing a learning experience platform integrated with our existing HRIS/LMS systems & maintaining IT Infrastructure.
Responsibilities of the role:
Immediate term:
- Evaluate & identify an appropriate online learning platform feasible with the existing HRMS system (Success Factors)
- Conceptualize the architecture and workflows for the online University
- Program manage and partner with the IT/HRIT/external partners to deploy online university
- Manage change with stakeholders to drive adoption of the Online University
- Evangelize & train stakeholders for adopting the online university
- Work with stakeholder across the L&D team & business to create solutions for different schools within the university
- Identify emerging trends in learning and build cutting-edge solutions
- Mid to long term
- Scope out & conceptualize the plan for a physical academy
- Set up the physical academy in partnership with the Business, Admin & Integrated Services teams
- Manage 2-3 learning schools within the University
Candidate Requirement:
Must-have:
- 5-10 years experience in HR/ Program Management in mid-large organizations
- Experience in implementation of HRIS (Success Factors, SAP etc.)
- Program management of complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Good to have
- Experience in Managing Learning Programs/Systems
- Experience of the talent management cycle as an HRBP
