Manager - Digital - FinTech (8-10 yrs)
Job Opening for Manager-Digital with Fin-Tech Company
A driven individual who's keen to scale and acquire new business from the retail channel across different product verticals and drive digital growth. The individual will be responsible for managing key elements of marketing campaigns and ensure implementation of digital sales and retention strategies. The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive Digital Sales Strategy and Program delivery across marketing and alternate sales teams.
He/She will be a primary day-to-day contact between internal cross-functional teams between CC, marketing, product and tech support, as well as external partners to drive key business objectives.
Responsibilities :
1. Build and outline program strategies that drives retention and growth
2. Provide functional expertise to cross-functional teams in marketing and tele-sales in order to drive profitable output
3. Maintain oversight of marketing campaigns and key deliverable of initiatives across teams
4. Facilitate/lead strategic and tactical sales discussions with partners
5. Ensure all compliance and processes are vetted and secured as part of program implementation
6. Collaborate with management to monitor/analyse campaign performance as well as portfolio analytics and trends to recommend future campaigns
7. Ensure program performance and recommendations are shared, and engage strategic discussion regarding new initiatives, securing buy in
8. Leverage tools where appropriate to make smarter decisions
Key Focus Areas :
1. End to end digital funnel management
2. Drive business outcome via digital media and tele sales teams
3. Build sustainable omni-channel sales and marketing strategies that drive growth
4. Ad-tech/Mar-tech stack management and ownership
5. Management of third party vendors with CC stakeholders
Qualification/Skills :
1. 8-10 years of relevant work experience, out of which 5 years should be in driving digital sales
2. Hands on experience optimizing funnels (lead, conversion, retargeting)
3. Strong understanding of mar-tech and ad-tech stack tools and capabilities necessary to work with big data across the organization
4. Sales oriented and can work with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
5. Past experience working with affiliates and tele sales teams to drive business objectives would be preferred
6. Is a hustler, with demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective
7. Strong people and project management skills
8. Strong relationship building skills and experience working in matrix organizations will be preferred
