Manager Digital Campaign
Drive the acquisition for company which would involve :
- Planning and executing campaign month on month (Digital campaign).
- Co-ordination with Bank Demat product team to identify the set of bank's customers which should be target for a/c opening.
- Ensure higher conversion on leads generated which would be the matrix for review.
- Co-ordinate with Tele calling team to ensure maximum conversion at first level (Calling level) to ensure most lead are passed to sales team.
- Daily MIS preparation and circulation for the status of leads at the calling level.
- Daily reviews on the status of leads and take action accordingly depending upon various dispositions of the leads.
- Regular review along with contact center team to evaluate scope of improvements in calling and modifying the scrip to ensure customer is converted.
- Co-ordinate with sales team to ensure that every lead passed from call center has full potential from conversion.
- Communications (SMS/ E-Mail) to customers in case they are non contactable or not reachable.
- Drive activation on customers who have opened a/c to ensure 100% customers start trading within 30 days of a/c opening.
- Drive activation along with contact center team to ensure customer start trading immediately.
- Plan the activation cycle for a newly on-boarded customer to ensure faster activation.
- Deep dive into each and every disposition and plan out the activation campaign for various set of customers.
- Regular reviews to ensure the targets are met.
