- As a Digital Business Analyst you will be responsible for activities on projects and programs for global clients. You will be able to understand our client's business needs and be able to creatively shape and refine business solutions to meet those needs.

- In guiding and advising clients to help them develop and refine requirements, you must be able to quickly establish your credibility with client staff at all levels.

- Very Good Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Documentation Skill, Knowledge of ITIL or any other process, Strong Knowledge in Project management, 6 + years of Experience in handling customer & customer demos, Presales, Customer POC, Effort Estimation, Costing, Architecture design, InfraStructure management, RaaS model delivery

Critical Skills :

- The role requires to interact with client stakeholders directly and engage in business requirements for the Power BI and similar reporting platforms

- Excellent communication skills with strong understanding of Business analytics

- Strong SQL, PL/SQL and Data warehouse modeling database knowledge and experience

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platform

- Strong understanding of At least one Cloud Data warehouse Database features (Snowflake/AWS Redshift/Mongo DB/Oracle ADW/R12/Teradata/ IBM DB2/ Netezza etc.)

- 5+ years of relevant working experience in Power BI platform with visualizations modeling, with one of the above data warehouse databases as source technology. Experience on Tableau analytics, & Spotfire will be an added advantage

- Must have experience in handling global customer in Finance and Account domain (PTP, O2C, RTR) and engage in providing demos, Customer POC, Effort Estimation, Costing, Architecture design, Infra Structure management, RaaS model delivery.

- Analytics knowledge Model metadata, create and manage dashboard, reports, understanding & data presentation skills in Power BI and any others are additional (Tableau/Quick Sight/OAC/OBIEE/Incorta etc.)

- Understanding of at least one ERP system (Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP/PeopleSoft/JDE/SFDC/SAP etc.)

- Knowledge of Python/PySpark

- Change sources of Power BI data sources into modernized data platform

- Experience in generating drill through and drill down reports with Drop down menu option, sorting the data, and defining subtotals in Power BI

- Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders to architect the solution/report by analyzing the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner.

- Analyze historical & current data.

- Design intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for data driven decisions.

- Publish and share the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes, and connecting to multiple data sources through Power BI.

- Handle complexity around visualization of data.

- Responsible for creating and changing the visualizations in Power BI reports and Dashboards per the client Requirements.

- Build Specialization-specific Operational and leadership dashboards to visualize data analysis and insights.

- Perform statistical analysis to derive risk impact and recommend actionable next steps.

- Develop an Analytics Framework in collaboration with Business Process Improvement and Operations Management.

- Quarterly Planning and Roadmapping in collaboration with Operations Management and Product team.

- Write monthly Specialization-specific performance reports; written reports should show methodology with detailed statistical analysis, summary of key findings, and recommendations
