Essential Functions / Responsibilities

- Understand requirements and create reports/dashboards based on ad hoc requests.

- Responsible for accurate preparation of management level reports, ad hoc reporting.

- Will be responsible for enhanced validation of critical reports.

- Utilizing queries from the multiple reporting systems and customer information collected from across multiple business processes concurrently.

- Prepare and review quarterly/monthly analysis package with analytics managers.

- Establish appropriate contact with business segment peers to understand portfolios, drivers and actions for loss mitigation.

- Liaise with teams (local & remote) to gather requirements, build & automate reports, document all reporting processes.

- Establish working relationships with all stakeholders for assigned processes.

- Partner with Reporting team leader to develop plans to accomplish team tasks

- Able to work with minimal direction but not afraid to ask questions when appropriate

- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

- Self- starter in identifying and research for new delivery methods, new reporting tools for the business

- Identifying the process for automation, streamline them and liaise with business with the ideas/approaches.

- Creating and developing Dashboards in SAS, creating web reports, design web pages, stored process, OLAP cubes, Information maps.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Minimum graduation or above and 5+ years of experience in Analytics domain

- Experience in Operational Data warehouse like MWC1, DTS01, CDCIP3, CDCIP4, CDCIP5,RDEPPR01, Aperio, Nautilus and PDR

- Must have minimum 2 years of work Experience in developing Tableau Dashboard and its access based on the user Level permission.

- Instrumental in Automations & Stored process building from scratch

- Excellent Programming skills while writing the codes, debugging skills, logical thinking and understand the Business.

- Work Experience in Sql, Oracle DB and its queries execution and in SAS GRID management.

- Understand requirements and create reports based on adhoc requests.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.

- Experience leveraging operating systems/multiple data sources for portfolio reporting and economic analysis.

- Able to work hours that compliment US and any hours that are occasionally required to accomplish team needs or deadlines due to business need.
