Manager - Digital Ad Sales - Online/Media (2-5 yrs)
Role :
Sales Manager - We are looking for experienced Digital Ad-Sales Professional having great relationship with advertising agencies and brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales of digital advertisement space
- Owns revenue targets as an individual contributor and pushes for them actively. Should be comfortable with owning growth numbers
- Identify and sign-up potential clients by describing advertising opportunities
- Maintaining/ upgrading relationships with the new & existing clients/agencies. Network with marketing managers, media planners, client servicing teams
- Proactively look at creating opportunities for revenue generation by analysing competition, evaluating opportunities, lateral thinking, etc.
- Explain pricing costs to potential clients
- Understand client's business objectives, problem areas, long-medium- short terms business goals, marketing challenge, sales cycle, Interpret brief from clients and their Media Marketing divisions, etc.
- Provide extensive sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to the management and partners
- Ensure sales collection and keep a strict view on accounts receivables.
- Deliver required reports to management/clients regularly.
Education Qualification : MBA preferred / Post Graduate/ Graduates

- Good marketing/sales acumen with problem solving and analytical skills
- Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player
- High on initiative
- Drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities
- Willing to work on multiple time zones
- Proficient and advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
