Manager - Digital Ad Sales - Media

Only looking for female. Position will be based out of Gurgaon location

- Developing the, initial and ongoing, business and marketing plans to achieve market share growth for online ad sales

- Preparing business models for clients, success metrics and various advertising options

- Ensure proper delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives of the client

- Building relations with publishers across different verticals basis company objectives and client requirements

Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Key Account Management:

- To maintain healthy business relationship with the existing clients and aim for greater revenues by exploring the latent business needs for their printing solutions.

- This involves understanding their expansion plans in terms of Recruitment plans, number of outlets they plan to open in coming year, number of products and services they are planning to add, keeping a track on the competitors and their branding visibility etc.

- To revert to online enquiries and convert the leads into revenue which helps in adding new business.

Client Relationship Management/ Team Management:

- Client visits whenever required, to ensure proper servicing per agreed upon solutions

- Gather feedback over the phone or by getting feedback forms filled by clients with regards to the services offered by AKS Digital Solution.

- Conducting training for all new joiners

- Have team target

- Maintaining healthy relation among the team members by conducting friendly sessions which helps them in there performance

- Looking someone with strong digital solution background.

Salary Range: 10-15 LPA
