Manager - Digital Ad Sales - Media (1-6 yrs)
A fast growing media and technology venture providing mobile media solutions for brands.
Strategic Planning :
- Implementing marketing strategies for the organization.
- Identify the market from where the business comes to tap the buyers and converting them into loyal customers
- Ensuring adherence to the set plans and strategies by all the concerned departments and teams
- Implementing new ideas to create good impression on the client and to present websites accordingly.
Market Intelligence :
- Creating / updating comprehensive market intelligence database to identify sourcing and sales opportunities
- Participating in exhibitions and networking events
- Taking care of promotional activities in form of partnerships
Setting and achieving business targets :
- Setting monthly sales targets in coordination with annual and quarterly goals
- Setting and achieving the payment collections target
- Analyzing the past figures and making quarterly targets on that basis
- Monitoring performance on a monthly basis, preparation of report according to the preferences.
Customer Relations Management :
- Interacting with customers on a regular basis to develop a long term professional relation with them
- Negotiating and settling pricing issues with the customers to ensure win-win situations
- Monitor deliverables & insure payments are as per payment term agreements
Product Development :
- Suggesting new innovations & changes in the existing properties based on the feedback from the clients.
- Involving the top management for investments to establish business.
Salary Range: 10-15 LPA
