HR Program Manager /DGM - Leading Logistics Company - Ahmedabad


Purpose of Role:-


The purpose of this role is to ensure that human resource programs support the long-term goals of the organization, by managing various initiatives of the HR Head. This position is responsible to perform professional work of considerable difficulty overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management, employee development etc.

Key Accountabilities & deliverables

- Plan, direct and monitor various human resource programs

- Research, analyze data and prepare quarterly reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions and monitor current program goals and progress.

- Manage and track various HR - Related programs and initiatives spread across locations and domain.

- Support the various programs at different ports, sites, new entities etc. across domains like M&A, IR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits etc.

- Develop HR training programs

- Develop, review and revise program policies and procedures

- Provide advice and support to department heads, managers and staff on interpreting and developing programs.

- Represents the department with the teams, related agencies, and the public.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Plan, budget and achieve annual targets as per expectation of the management

- Ensure month on month targets are achieved

- Ensure all documentation is in place for various programs

Essentials:

Qualification : Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (preferably HR)

Experience: 3-8 years of Experience in HR (diverse roles within HR) at Manager /DGM level

Know-how:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.

- Ability to plan, organize and present activities to diverse employee groups.

- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management, dynamics of employee development and professional growth, program design and presentation.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Visio, Power Bi etc.
