Our client is a private equity fund from the US, is looking for an architect, preferably from SPA. The candidate must have experience in the following domain: Experience - 6 to 12 years Job location - Saket, Delhi - Experience of working with PMC/development firms/ Grade A architectural firms with design coordination profile. - Excellent communication skills - Candidate must have experience of handling all types of project coordination for multistoried building projects (residential preferred), with architects, all allied services and landscaping consultants. On site experience is mandatory - Candidates should have in knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Projects etc. And ideally have an understanding of the complete life cycle of the construction projects starting from design team selection to post completion close out. - Intensive traveling is required to sites within India.
