Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Dealing with stakeholders providing design solutions for critical marketing, sales support and client engagement collateral, brochures design, bid management material design etc. - Providing highly effective Design support to Impact Sales and key stakeholders throughout the businesses in how they present their bid and sales collateral in a visual and effective way. - Delivering on design requirements as per the quality standards defined by the team &amp; managing their timelines and interact directly with stakeholders on day to day BAU. - Improving the presentation of the company's output as well as providing creative support on various fronts using tools like Illustrator, Indesign with print + digital + graphic inputs - Line manage bid design teams both in UK and India. Designing, creating and project-manage the production of sales and prospecting collateral, client facing publications, value propositions - Management of all creative services and explore trends in creative packaging of corporate proposals, bid documents, etc. - Ability to line-manage and mentor junior designers (PowerPoint, print, digital) Requirements: - Graduate or Master's degree in Fine Arts/ Applied Arts with 8-12 years of strong creative design work experience in a design team of a corporate environment (Consulting/Big 4 &amp; Financial Services firm preferable) - Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud/ Creative Suite (Specially Illustrator and Indesign) with strong experience of print, digital, graphic design with exposure to branding &amp; marketing - Experience of digital design with exposure to animation and digital asset creation will be an advantage - Experience of working with branding and marketing teams will be preferred - Exposure to user-centred design (UCD) process methods to mobile and web applications from concept to launch. Understanding of changing design trends in Mobile/ Web based platforms will be an advantage - Good command over English Language and strong communication skills.
