Manager - Design - Financial Services

- Leads team of production designers and system admins

- Executes production of final print and digital assets, including copy and image updates, basic design changes

- Ensure consistency of database information, file structure and archiving

- Create and manage documents with dynamic content and variable data using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

- Perform system administrative duties as needed, including user access, system troubleshooting, and basic functionality builds for Workfront and Bynder

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and product generated, utilizing internal job tickets and tracking systems

- Completes other duties as assigned.

REGISTRATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSING REQUIRED :

Must- have skills - A. Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) b. Microsoft Office

Good to have skills: Bynder, Workfront
