Department: Logistics / Internal Sales
Role & responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
- Coordinating with sales team / customers for monthly /quarterly/annual schedules.
- Compiling sales plan monthly /quarterly/annual schedules for planning purchase of Raw Material / imported & local parts.
- Coordination with sales team / customer for PO.
- Sales team/ customers requirement coordination internally for planning & dispatch.
- SO / Invoice /delivery note creation & approval for dispatch.
- Coordination with forwarder for rate finalization/ dispatches/deliveries /PODs.
- Controlling /Maintaining customer satisfaction data & supporting during customer audit.
2. Import /Customs:
- Primarily Import /Export & customs process and documentation work.
- Forwarder finalization, arranging pick up of material & tracking till receipt of material with all required documents.
- Coordination with overseas suppliers & forwarder for pick of the material.
- Coordination for custom payment / clearance.
- Complete Inbound and Outbound logistics control with optimum cost.
- Annual Sale Budget compilation and finalization.
Candidate Requirements / Skills Set:
- Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Production) from a reputed institution or Diploma Holder with the same specialization. MBA Plus.
- Relevant work experience in Logistics / SCM in a Mid-size automotive product organization (ideally) or an ancillary unit dealing with the automotive industry.
- Sound Knowledge of Export / Import / Logistics procedures and documentation.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PPT and MIS reporting.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
