Role: Manager, Social Media
Role description: Manage marketing and promotion campaigns of its social media channels
Responsibilities:
- Work with creative and media agencies to design and execute campaigns on Bank's products and services
- Manage agency payouts, MIS
- Use social media analytics and manage engagement rate of posts to ensure supremacy in the banking category
- Coordinate with product teams to look for best products/services to be promoted
- Benchmark world-wide best practices on social media engagement, creativity and novel applications of social media tools
- Have an understanding of social media: reach, clicks, engagement, performance measurement, analytics
- Have excellent English language skills
- Possess an appreciation for creativity/art/humour
