Key Responsibilities:

- Engaged in large and medium-sized project finance, infrastructure advisory, and corporate finance advisory for private and government agencies.

- Conducted project appraisal, feasibility analysis, and market analysis.

- Performed capital and operating cost analysis, and structured capital for projects.

- Facilitated arrangement and syndication of funds for various transactions.

- Provided valuation and acquisition advisory services from origination to closure of transactions.

- Critically evaluated business plans to assess feasibility and risks.

- Prepared Information Memoranda (IM) and various financing documents.

- Built financial models for project evaluation and assessment.

- Identified risks and developed mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Qualification: MBA (Finance) Full time 2 yrs reputed Top B schools /Chartered Accountant

- Experience : 2-7 years Relevant experience in a Financial Institution/Large Lenders/Financial Advisors

- Knowledge of financial modeling is a must

- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills.

- Domain knowledge and experience in Infrastructure

- Experience in Core sectors and the startup ecosystem would be an added advantage.

- Experience / exposure in M&A and PE will be preferred.
