Job Title - Manager/Deputy Manager, Procurement Processes

Location - Noida/Jaipur

Education: MBA in relevant field from a premier institute (e.g. supply chain & logistics)

Global Experience

- Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and related IT solutions (especially MS D365); business understanding about procurement function, At least 7 years hands on experience in purchasing or SCM and/or developing purchasing processes.

- Solid understanding of project management practices and methodologies gained through working experience. (Formal certification not required.)

- Strong analytical capabilities and systematic way of working with a mix of attention to detail and capability to see the big picture.

- Excellent capability to work cross-functionally.

- Good networking and relationship management skills.

- Good presentation skills.

- Fluent in written and spoken English language. Spanish language skills are a plus.

- Positive 'can-do' and 'hands-on' problem solving attitude.

- Willingness to travel internationally (25%)

- MBA in relevant field from a premier institute (e.g. supply chain & logistics)

- Familiarity with APQC is a plus.
