Job Title: Manager / Dy. Manager - Internal Audit

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5-8 yrs.

Scope & JD - Internal Review, Productivity & Cost Reduction

The scope of the Function:

- To Work along with Internal Auditors for making the IA more effective and productive.

- Co-ordination of post Internal auditor's implementation reviews

- Identify areas across businesses for potential cost reduction/productivity enhancement and work with operational teams to achieve the same

- Set up an annual plan in consultation of the top management for the function covering all businesses and key functions

- Identify specific areas for IA based on management concerns (to be taken up directly w/o external IA)

- To have a more effective risk management process.

JD - Manager / Dy. Manager - Internal Audit and Process Review:

Educational Qualifications:

- Finance degree with an engineering background.

- (BE + MBA) preferable

Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing various projects related to BPR, Cost reduction, productivity.

- Working In cross-functional teams.

- Working knowledge on processes related to manufacturing and related processes.

On hand experience of working on cost reduction/productivity enhancement projects in the past.

IT Skills :

- Working experience in an SAP environment.

- High-level knowledge of Excel and other MS office tools is essential.

Management Skills:

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work in the cross-functional team of 2-3 members.

- Excellent communication skills needed.

- Need to travel to various plant and business locations.
