Manager/Deputy Manager - Commercial Control - CA - Real Estate (3-8 yrs)
The Client :
An award winning global real estate company, part of top 20 real estate companies in the world.
The Role :
Part of the finance function responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, analysis and corrective actions.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with about 3 to 8 years experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting space with a thorough understanding of the finance function from a strategic to tactical level.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to review and interpret the data and take corrective actions.
- Hands on experience/good understanding of application of financial modeling, variance analysis, statistical analysis and MIS
- Good understanding of Business strategy and how it connects to various functions to meet the company goals
- Excellent data skills and presentation skills
- Prior experience in real estate segment and/or experience with consulting in real estate segment will have a clear advantage.
