Demand Supply Manager - Healthcare/Pharma/OTC/Consumer

Major Responsibilities :

- Design , Anchor and lead the S&OP Process

- Forecasting Accuracy / BIAS at Channel level with focus towards MT & Ecommerce to improve service levels thru enhanced OTIF

- Inventory Management , Cost D&E , Returns, Freights

- Define & deliver KPI on supply performance.

- Ensure product availability thru forecasting & planning.

- Good understanding of Pharma / OTC products registration and labelling requirements

- Define & deliver end to end value chain mapping aspects & drive the planning ,implementation & delivery of products

- Define & deliver KPI on supply chain performance, Identify and resolve operational issues.

- Work with people/ process & technology in planning space.

- Drive profitability for the business.

- Ability to influence stakeholders, in commercial, marketing finance & physical execution.

- Advance project management, project planning & execution using project Management tools (MS project).

- Understand & equipped to handle SAP transitions.

- Customer connect & seek regular feedback on process improvements.

Qualifications :

- Post Graduate MBA in Logistics Management from premier B-school (preferably NITIE) with 7-10 years of experience Demand/ supply planning.

- Good project Management skills & excellent analytical skills.

- Experience in Supply chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Demand Planning & forecasting
