Job description

To create monthly demand plan as per the rolling forecast cycle, based on sales forecast, channel inventories and agreed stock norm.

To ensure batch clubbing and capacity booking along with supply team in order to create the committed plan, and ensure same is uploaded to SAP.

Product launch and change management in order to ensure smooth supplies through coordinating with marketing, quality, regulatory,packaging, production, procurement teams to ensure issues are resolved timely and delivery timelines agreed accordingly.

Coordination with qc and logistics teams to ensure new product availability at Country locations. Steering the DSR/S&OP reviews.

Order Management in terms of Order receipts, validation, stock allocation, billing to the correct customers each quarter. Manage order fulfillment rates.

Process improvement projects, as may be agreed with reporting manager for that specific financial year

Education : Essential: PG education in Operations/SCM or related field.

Desirable: Supply chain certification or equivalent

Experience: 8-10 years of domain experience, Preferably Process conceptualization/ design/implementation experience

Leadership / Managerial Attributes : Good communication skills and IT know how.

Ability to work under uncertainty and pressure

Ability to handle complex reporting and non-reporting
