Manager - Demand Planning - Healthcare/FMCG/Pharma

Our Client : A leading Healthcare MNC

Major responsibility : Responsible for Forecasting/ Demand planning, Inventory planning, Business Excellence, Cross-functional support

Major KRAs :

Forecasting/ Demand planning :

- Analyze demand and develop consensus based demand forecast at lowest SKU level on a monthly basis. Forecast to be developed considering trending/statistical techniques, inputs from sales and marketing teams and alignment with long term financial plans

- Identify inconsistencies with forecasts and actual sales. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure inconsistencies in the forecast are adjusted to prevent any negative impact on customer replenishment

- Drive the S& OP Monthly Process

Business Excellence :

- Deploy effective business processes in line with the company's Business Excellence standards

- Co-ordinate monthly S&OP process to drive key business decisions

- Manage Supply Chain KPI reporting at country as well as global level. Provide business causal factors impacting the KPIs

- In situations where the demand exceeds supply, discuss and align with the sales teams on the allocation of FG. To communicate the allocations to the sales team once agreed upon

Ideal Candidate :

An ideal candidate should be a MBA from a premier college (Tier 1/Tier 2) with 3-6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting from FMCG/Pharma/Consumer Goods/Paints industry.
