(only FMCG FOLKS ) Job Purpose: Skills : Demand Planning ,SCM ,Inventory Management 1) Demand forecasting under dynamic market conditions 2) Aligning the demands to production plans on a monthly basis Responsibility: 1) Working knowledge of SAP / JDA /Oracle etc. 2) Coordinating with factories to ensure production plans are achieved - sound understanding of factory constraints and debottlenecking mechanism 3) Hands on experience of logistics - coordinating with transporter vendors, drafting and executing contracts 4) Strong analytical skills - using data for decision making. Anticipating needs and resolving challenges in case of demand-supply mismatch 5) Handle weekly billing cycles 6) Achieve and comply with target Fill Rates 7) Planning efficiencies 8) Cost take outs 9) Inventory rationalisation Skills/Qualifications: - Good interpersonal skills - Interactions with SVP and President. - Previous experience in demand and supply side in FMCG companies. - Minimum 5-8 years of experience. - Engineering and MBA must.
