We are having Urgent Opening for Manager Dealer Development-in a Leading Automobile MNC.

Position : Manager Dealer Development

Location : Mumbai

Exp : 4-10 Yrs

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate

NOTE : Candidate Should have experience in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Vertical only.

1. Assisting in evaluation, selection and appointment of Dealers in the region.

2. Planning and coordination in conceptualizing and opening of new dealer/ sub-dealer account

3. Conducting various Dealer's and Customer's meet across the territory

4. Coordination with all dealers for the local advertising at their level of all the products available and new launches

5. Arranging for dealers Internal training, dealer workshops which aimed at grasping market

6. Visiting the dealers and confirming adherence to sales processes and other dealer systems.

7. Taking feedback from customer at dealer territories and providing input to dealers to improve sales processes and system based on customer feedback

8. Preparing a dealership MIS for monitoring dealer performance Providing weekly and monthly progress report

9. Understanding the results of the customer satisfaction survey, sharing it with the head dealer development, suggesting action plans and ensuring that action plans are implemented at the dealer end.

10. Supporting the AM - Market development in laying down systems and processes at the dealer end and then along with DGM Service to conduct an audit and certify the dealer.

11. Maximizing market potential and achieving targets through training and development of dealers for improving dealership effectiveness

12. Monitoring and maintaining dealer profile system, maintaining documents.
