Manager - Data Visualization & Advance Analytics - Investment Bank

We have opening for investment bank for Bangalore and Kolkata both location.

Role description - 

1. Design, develop Tableau dashboards and deploy on Tableau server environments

2. Contributing to the execution of the Business Intelligence Roadmap across Global Procurement function to establish disciplines and procedures for developing and adoption of Tableau dashboards.

3. Working with various levels of management, BI stakeholders, Business Relationship managers, Business Analysts and key users to identify and document reporting requirements.

4. Performing complex data analysis by analyzing data, create KPIs and build reports/dashboards to address business questions.

5. Translating business problems to analytical frameworks and ability to extract actionable insights from data.

6. Conduct maintenance and fine-tuning of dashboard design; applying industry best practices to the management and maintenance of visualization design.

7. Work with stakeholders and team members to design relevant data visualizations using Tableau.

Required Experience

- Expert knowledge of BI and Analytics solutions with at least 5 years of experience in data and visualization domains.

- Familiarity with Stephen Few and Edward Tufte data visualization principals and data storytelling.

- Strong SQL and specifically experience with SQL Server would be a significant advantage.

- Exposure to custom data visualization frameworks such as d3.js and tools like Qlikview/ Qliksense, Power BI, Tibco is a plus.

- Strong experience of MS Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

- Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
