We are looking to hire seasoned Data Scientists for one of the IT MNC. Job Responsibilities : - Lead initiatives to improve the team morale, camaraderie, and collaboration - Share responsibilities of managing the team - Take responsibility for requirements gathering, solution design, development, and developing a production level data science solution - Guide team members on project work and take responsibility for the analytics deliverables - Develop implementation guidelines, quality control procedures, and documentation for projects. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong on leadership skills and values like delighting customers, taking initiative, being trustworthy, and working collaboratively - 8-12 years of data science experience using statistics, machine learning, or forecasting - At least 2-3 years of experience of leading junior team members on projects using machine learning (like Decision Trees, Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, and Neural Networks) or forecasting techniques (ESM, ARIMA, ARIMAX, UCM) to meet analytics requirements - Advanced expertise in and ability to train team members in Advanced Python for Data Science, Machine Learning or Forecasting, and SQLs - Experience in one or more domains, retail, consumer goods (CPG), manufacturing, supply chain. Education : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science)
