Manager - Data Science/HR Analytics - KPO (7-13 yrs)
We have an urgent opening with topmost consulting firm for Manager role.

Must have : Model development, Python, Machine learning - Pyhton (Must)
JD :
- Hands-on experience in Statistical Modelling, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Mining techniques to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Data Analytics using Python is a must.
- Experience working in Text Analytics, NLP
- 9+ years in quantitative analysis experience, including building statistical models.
- MSc (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
- Expertise in problem resolution coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing teams and leadership skills
- Excellent client-facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience of leading teams at various stages
- Should demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities
Good to Have :
- Experience deploying Big Data solutions.
- Experience in deploying Analytics as a Service
- Experience in Optimization
