Manager Data Science

Tools and Techniques :

- Proficiency in predictive modelling and Machine learning (Logistic/Linear regression, GBM, XGBoost, Score card development, Time-series forecasting, Segmentation etc.)

- Proficiency in business analytics, Data analytics, Insights generation

- Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview)

- Expert in at least one programing language: Python, R, SAS

Soft skills :

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven stakeholder management experience

- Proven team leadership/team management experience

Job role:

- The position will be part of central analytics team at USFB

- Responsible for solutioning and delivering analytics insight needed to drive decision making for multiple stakeholders

- Work hands-on on assigned projects along with coaching and mentoring junior team members

- Support departments in building, implementing and tracking analytics use cases

- Present and discuss the results of analytics use cases with stakeholders
