Manager - Data Analytics - Startup - IIT/NIT/BITS

Role : Analytics Manager

Role & Responsibilities :

- Understand business needs and objectives

- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

- Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources

- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions

- Lead and develop a team of data analysts

- Apply statistical models and conduct data analysis in high dimensions

- Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality

- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights

- Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance

Qualification :

- Masters or Bachelors degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIT/NIT/BITS)

- Should have managed a team of at least 3 analysts

- Min. 3-5 yr of analytics experience, preferably in a Tier 1/high growth startup environment

- Should be proficient in working on relational databases SQL/MySQL

- Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, SAS)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
