Job purpose:

The role requires the person to play a pivotal role in growing the unit and to serve Key Business functions of the organization in identify business opportunities as well as areas for their operational excellence by providing business intelligence and inputs

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Proficient in SQL, Excel and PPT. Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during analysis. Strong business acumen & demonstrated aptitude for analytics that incite action. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, verbal and business communication skills. Candidate should have experience Statistical Modelling.

- Technical Writing experience in relevant areas including Queries, Reports and presentations

- Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business

- Capable of building conceptual, logical and physical data models

- Proficient in data modelling techniques as well as capability of discussing and communicating business rules, and how to implement those rules in a data model

- Client Management

- Work with leadership to build strategies to optimize seller support operations from both vendor performance management & driving things with internal stakeholders

- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns from data sets & support Ops leaders with input

- Guidance for on-going Volumes projections & Head count estimation, planning efforts

- Ad-hoc analysis & Support on strategic and other initiatives

Skill Set:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Team management experience

- Proficiency on PowerPoint and excel. Excellent analysis skill.

- Good communication skill.

- External orientation with updates in technology & practices on Analytics

- Business analytical tools knowledge; MS office skills
