Manager - Data Analytics - OEM Firm (8-12 yrs)
One of the leading OEM is looking out for Data Analytics Manager
Responsibilities :
- Analytics platform design using open source and cloud technology.
- Solution framework and KPIs development.
- Working with vendor for data monetization from various sources.
- Enable eco-system to develop various modelling techniques and confirm the quality of outcome.
- Design and implement the dashboard.
- Enable various open sources and customize the accelerator for better performance through vendor management.
- Work with internal stakeholders to define the input strategy and KPI.
- Manage and optimize the processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualization and communication deliverables.
- Manage the program within required timeline and budget.
Must have skills :
- Analytics strategy framework and value management.
- Good working experience in data engineering and exploratory analysis using Python.
- Good hands on using various analytical concepts including AI/ML/DL and statistical techniques.
- Experience and knowledge of statistical modelling techniques: GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
- Good working experience in SQL, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and sub-queries.
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel for data crunching.
- Possess predictive analytics using past data from various sources, data monetization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to draw insights from data quickly and to define executable actions
- Knowledge in cloud architecture and solutions
