Role Purpose: This role will interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. Sales Data operations Manager will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends to provide an insight about the progress of operations. Role and responsibilities: - Developing and managing the data quality program, aimed at continuous improvement, developing definitions, policies and procedures for improving the reliability of data and its processes. - Encourage, train, support and monitor CRM users knowledge of the system and data flows procedures - Lead the Data Operation Team, ensuring that the team works within a Data Operation Framework, where outcomes are measured and regularly reported. - Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. - Maintaining the sanity and accuracy of complex data and results from various sources such as call reports, expense reports, Donor Reports etc. Experience: - Minimum 7 years of experience in MIS, Automation, Data administration and Analytics. - Experience with working on sales/fundraising operations. - Experience working with a database tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, R and Python.
