We're hiring for a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a D2C Manager to own and scale their online business end-to-end. If you enjoy driving numbers, optimising funnels, and building a strong D2C engine, this role is for you.
About the Role
As the D2C Manager, you will be the growth owner of the brand's online store. This is a 360- D2C role where you'll work across performance, growth, retention, operations, and website optimisation. You will lead daily revenue decisions, improve user journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable D2C scale.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across the online store
- Manage and optimise paid marketing across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels
- Build and optimise WhatsApp, Email, and SMS automation flows
- Drive abandoned cart, winback, and post-purchase communication journeys
- Work with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams for smooth
What We're Looking For
- 2-6 years of experience in D2C, E-commerce, Growth, CRM, or Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of Shopify, website journeys, and CRO best practices
- Hands-on experience with Meta/Google Ads or working closely with digital agencies
