Manager - Cyber Security - BFS (9-12 yrs)
We are hiring for our client based at Bangalore for Manager - Cybersecurity with good experience in GDPR and GRC.
Requirement & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Masters in cyber security, Information system or business administration is preferred.
- 9-12 years of related work experience in a similar Security consulting practice or function, servicing cross- industry clients is required.
- Working knowledge of GRC Management tools such as RSA Archer is preferred.
- Complete understanding of Industry Standards/frameworks such as CoBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS etc. is a must.
- Complete understanding of Privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA etc. is a must.
- Strong leadership, recruiting, training and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast- paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills is required.
- Should be flexible to support multiple client engagements and can extend working hours to support client delivery.
- Ability to produce high quality deliverables on client engagements and proposals requiring little re-work. Ensure they are on-time and well organized.
- Should be able to take ownership of the work assigned and lead assigned project effectively.
- Travel for this position may be required as per the project demand.
- One or more Industry certifications is a must: CISSP, CIPP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 etc.
