Manager - Customer Support - Social Media - eCommerce (4-7 yrs)
We are looking for a technically savvy Social Media Customer Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the Social Media Customer Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships with a strategic plan among the team and networking, implementing success programs, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on improving customer experience through product support and handle customer complaints and requests.
Successful candidates must be aware of social media platforms, interested in social media marketing, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Social Media Customer Specialist should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.
- Deep understanding of customers behavior on social media
- Prior experience in a similar role (Social Media, ORM specialist)
- Handled a team of 4-5 people.
- Must have a post-graduate degree.
- Communications or Marketing Degree.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
