Customer Support Manager - Agritech Startup

Role : Customer Support Manager

Functional Area : Customer Support Team

Location : Gurgaon

- We are looking for a customer support manager who has 3+ years of experience in leading customer support teams and has an understanding of farmers psyche.

- An expert who can create a synchronized feedback loop as well as strategize how to increase farmer love.

What you'll do :

- Manage day to day operations of both in-house and outsourced teams of customer support executives

- Ensure onboarding and training of customer support executives (inhouse & outsourced both)

- Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

- Understand the farmer psyche and feedback to our services and convey the same to respective feature teams

- Strategize and ensure call flows for farmer acquisition, activation, retention, etc

- Resolve farmer issues/queries and raise the urgent issues to respective teams

- Monitor the CRM dashboard and create daily/weekly monitoring reports

What you'll need :

- Business Administration or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the customer support department

- Experience in working with start-up/company that works with rural customers or farmers will be ideal

- Impeccable communication skills

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Eager to work individually and with a team in a growing start-up
