Manager - Customer Success - SaaS/ERP Busines (12-16 yrs)
About the role- We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our customer success team with previous experience in customer-facing roles. A seasoned professional with experience of 12+ years in the B2B SaaS / ERP industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing assigned accounts and facilitating new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region
- Responsible for mining of the accounts to identify & materialize upselling & cross-selling opportunities to achieve their targets
- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship - Establish a cordial relationship with the client and optimise customer satisfaction
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customers realize their ROI, improve operations, scope new business opportunities and identify areas for strategic growth
- Guide the customer on product capabilities, usage and best practices
- Work with internal Support and Implementation teams to ensure on-time resolution of Client's technical issues
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to review services, manage escalations and deliver business reviews
- Forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
Requirements:
- 12+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS/ ERP
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer-facing engagements
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to create business cases and articulate business value propositions to the customer
- Drive Product Adoption across different business lines & within the client organization
- Experience as a functional consultant in the CRM domain
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech /MBA
