Customer Success Manager(NBFC/Banking/Fintech)

What you'll do:

- Support Recur's existing customer growth by reinforcing Recur's value proposition, streamline their data connections to increase automation, and increasing portfolio utilization through the introduction of multiple use cases that can enable Recur customers to scale

- Educate potential customers about Recur's products and value proposition, while representing Recur's brand and building trust

- Strategically address customer concerns and issues driving them to resolution efficiently

- Become a domain expert, staying up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

- Adhere to the Recur sales process, collecting customer feedback and communicating relevant feedback to Recur's leadership team

- Report on key metrics and provide guidance on best practices to help drive revenue growth

- Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering departments

What we're looking for:

- 1-4 years in customer success teams in a Banking/Fintech/SAAS company

- Hands on experience of experience in managing teams across sales, success, support, and other cross-functional teams

- You love building and managing relationships with key stakeholders

- Solution selling - you understand that customers want the benefit and are able to break their needs into possible solutions

- Good at hearing - You are a good listener
