Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting customers transitioning from sales prospects, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project.
- Work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active accounts with us.
- Collaborate with other employees within the org to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Regular cadence with the customers to gather their feedback and talk about exciting updates.
- In-Person QBRs with decision-makers and champions to understand their business objectives and identify potential chances of upselling/cross-selling implicitly
- Identify accounts due for renewal and closely work with the sales team and provide their inputs for negotiations and closing renewals
- Drive NPS Surveys, G2/Gartner reviews with customers
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Experience working in a cybersecurity organization is a plus
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Basic cloud security skills are a plus, as the customers we work with are mostly Engineering/DevOps/Security teams.
- Accountability is essential
- Should be flexible in travelling to meet customers
- Mandatory to work from Bengaluru
